"Dear Kalavati,

I want to say how very blessed and fortunate I am that you came into my life. After our first session together I left with such a feeling of lightness and hope. I have listened to my body for the first time in a very long time and feel the difference each time I check in with what I am wanting to eat, how I am going to handle a situation that arises and how my energy is doing on that particular moment.

I have given up my basket of my worrysome thoughts to the heavens and still can't believe the sense of calmness that goes through my body. After out last get- together I want to thank you from the deepest part of me for helping me to Re-Member. It has been a long time since I knew what and who I am about. I have moments when I think about my journey so far and what lies ahead that I feel absolutely bubbly inside.

I have gone out and gotten my beautiful blue-green scarf and amazingly I found a crystal which resembled the shaft of light that grounded me to this earth so safely. As I wake each morning I see them both and know I am on to the next part of my amazing journey.

I can't believe how much better I feel!!!! It was like all the bad stuff went away....on Saturday I moved out about 35 plants and put them on the balcony....rearranged my furniture, cleaned out a bunch of stuff I don't use and didn't need....back to work today and feeling great....
Am definitely going to make another appointment around the beginning of September for some fine tuning...

"Dear Kalavati

Thank you. By the end of the session, 90% of my flu symptoms had gone. Now it's just a wee bit of stuffiness instead of the rip-your-throat out coughing and settling into the chest and unable to breathe.

I feel like life is simple and fun again. Last night I dreamt I was going on a wonderful trip and was given a box full of presents. Today I woke up and was singing and dancing and smiling. I was eager to get out of bed and see what the day would bring.

These past two healing sessions have transformed my life. Because of the energy blocks we cleared, I feel like I've found my way back to me.

For over twenty years I've struggled with unhealthy eating, a resistance to exercise and being overweight.

After the first session I began using a nordic track, taking bellydancing, yoga, and tai chi classes. I have more energy. I did five days of just raw fruits and vegetables! This is something I don't think I could have accomplished prior to this.

After the second session my food cravings lessened by over 90%. I now eat fruit for breakfast and veggies for lunch and am eating most suppers raw. I find I am eating less food and feeling full! I don't have scales but less than a week after the second session I had someone ask if I'd lost weight! I've noticed my jeans are fitting looser.

I wanted to get a book about her and I went into this book store and found this book from 1912 called the “Voice of Isis”. I got chills when I picked it up. It is an old metaphysical book from a group that was all about the Isis energy. There was a symbol of a triangle in a circle which represents the group. I put the same symbol on my djembe drum when I made it 10 years ago. I feel like I have really been connecting the dots with this new awareness. So… thanks! "

"It all started on a Thursday night when I felt a strain on the lower left side of my back - where my kidney would be. I did not perform any heavy lifting or move incorrectly to be able to explain why, on the following day, the strain turned into an excruciating pain which eventually travelled from the lower left side of my back to the lower right side of my back.

By Saturday a.m. I woke to experiencing flu symptoms - hot and cold flashes, aching body, nausea, sore throat and dizziness. I was bed ridden that weekend and for part of the following Monday, and attributed my back pain to flu symptoms.

I attended your lecture that evening (Monday 10/28) as I was very interested, and my flu symptoms were lessening, save the back pain. Getting up from a chair and sitting in a chair was really the most difficult action for me. Deep inside I hoped you would ask for a volunteer to check for blockages of the chakra (and possibly unblock those areas). That's why my hand shot up so quickly when you requested a volunteer - I hated the ongoing pain (I'm a wee bit of a "wimp").

When you told me I had a spirit being attached to me I was surprised and, of course, even more anxious to correct my discomfort.

During the work you performed on me I could feel a little of the energy flowing up through my calves into my thighs, and I prayed for success and relief and tried to aid you and myself during the exercise.

When you competed the exercise and I first stood up out of the chair, I was soooooo thankful when I felt no pain. My interst in pursuing my spiritual growth doubled that evening.
